You may recall the “turtle dive” a few years ago at the 2011 Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Well, it seems like a turtle has made another appearance in round 2 of the 2013 Players Championship as it interfered play and was kindly escorted off the golf course! The turtle seemed quite snappy with the involuntary belly flop!
And not to be outdone, a family of Canada geese paid a visit to the No.2 green during round 3. Take a look at their visits with the videos below! And in news more related to golf, the much anticipated grouping between Sergio Garcia and Tiger Woods did not disappoint as midway through Round 3, Sergio blames Tiger for distracting him during a shot! They went on to exchange a few jabs at each other after day 3 of the Players Championship concluded. Tiger and Sergio will finish their 3rd round tomorrow morning. We can’t wait to see how this story unfolds tomorrow!
