Instead of competing in the weather-delayed Hyundai Tournament of Champions at Kapalua Resort in Hawaii, Rory McIlroy traveled to Sydney with Caroline Wozniacki. Seems like he’s making the most of his time off before his season starts at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship, where it is expected that Nike will announce their sponsorship with McIlroy. He’s also been really busy giving interviews, first with RTE Sports and more recently with BBC One Northern Ireland.
While sightseeing in the land down under, McIlroy and Wozniacki visited the Sydney Tower Eye SKYWALK, one of the city’s tallest buildings. This forced Wozniacki to go head-on with her fear of heights… looks like she conquered those fears though!
