Jason Dufner and his love for his alma mater, Auburn University, is well documented. Here’s a great video as we see Dufner speaking to the AU Men’s Basketball team about his story from not being recruited to any school in the country and being the “equivalent of a no-star athlete,” to being a walk-on and eventual key player on the AU Men’s Golf team! He continued to put in the hard work to become the best he can be and eventually, it led to his victory at the 2013 PGA Championship, picking up the the Wanamaker Trophy! He shares his philosophy of being the best you can possibly be and staying at that level by putting in the work and dedication to practice and work on your craft, whether it is in basketball or golf.
