Wildlife on golf courses are not uncommon. From deers in Canada to alligators, turtles and geese in Florida, there is never a dull moment when golfers come across wildlife on the course! In Switzerland, a red fox cub has been causing havoc at the Verbier Golf Club’s par three Moulins course! Nestled in the Swiss alps, people in Verbier are used to wildlife however, this red fox cub is “running around in between holes one and six waiting for the players to hit the ball and then directly he is running after the ball and running away with it in his mouth!” What the fox do with the golf balls is a mystery and the search for them has been unsuccessful. With the closing of the Verbier Golf Club due to the ski season coming up soon in the Swiss alps, the fox may just be gathering golf balls for some winter practice! Take a look at the video to see the tricky fox steal golf balls!
