After the Turkish Airlines Open this past weekend, the European Tour’s Final Series is wrapping up at the DP World Championship in Dubai! Many players are already in Dubai and just like last week when Tiger Woods had his intercontinental shot, the European Tour put on another show to promote this week’s tournament!
Ahead of the DP World Championship, a few players including Lee Westwood, Justin Rose, Henrik Stenson and Martin Kaymer were taken to the 22nd floor of the Atlantis Hotel for the Atlantis challenge! Being 100 yards above sea level on the 22nd floor, this challenge required them to hit a 9 meters long and 5 meters wide green from 235 yards out! This KP contest definitely requires accuracy but on the line is a five night stay in the Unique Underwater Suite of the Atlantis Hotel! A special guest referee also showed up for the event!
