Last week, we featured the Waskesiu Golf Club in Saskatchewan, Canada. This week, we’re staying in the Wasksiu Lake area and featuring Elk Ridge Resort. The course is carved into the heart of boreal woodland and offers golfers three 9-hole courses, each named after an indigenous tree: aspen, tamarack and birch. Because of the weather conditions, Elk Ridge only operates only six months of the year.
Score Golf has rated Elk Ridge as Golf Course of the Year. Ranking among Saskatchewan’s top courses, Elk Ridge attracts a wide range of avid golfers and provides them a challenging but fun and enjoyable experience.
