Boo Weekley ended a 5-year winless drought over the weekend, finishing at 14-under par for a one-stroke victory over Matt Kuchar at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial. After having a successful 2008 season and having been part of the winning 2008 US Ryder Cup team at Valhalla, Weekley suffered a shoulder injury that lead to some very lean years. It’s great to see him back in form and back in the winner’s circle – hopefully we see more of Boo Weekley, especially if he keeps celebrating like he did back in 2008!
