Justin Thomas Wins WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational

In his final round at the World Golf Championships-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, Justin Thomas hit 9 of 14 fairways and 13 of 18 greens in regulation, finishing at 13-under-par for the tournament. Thomas set the pace early and finished his day in 1st at 13 under; Daniel Berger, Brooks Koepka, Tom Lewis, and Phil Mickelson tied for 2nd at 10 under; and Jason Day, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Louis Oosthuizen, Chez Reavie, Xander Schauffele, and Shane Lowry are tied for 6th at 9 under.

JT was definitely trending up with his last two finishes as 2nd and T18, with great betting odds for this week, as we noted in our preview of the championship. He even had Phil Mickelson’s old caddy, “Bones,” on the bag this week and likely, into next week too. Moving onto the PGA Championship next week, he might be a great pick to win his second Major Championship!
