If you’re a golf junkie, you already know who Mike Taylor is. If you don’t, he’s best introduced as the man who makes Tiger Woods’ golf clubs. He is also one of the co-founders of Artisan Golf, a custom workshop for wedges and putters, that operates out of the facility formerly known as The Oven (Nike Golf) in Fort Worth, Texas.
In the video above, we get a glimpse of Mike’s workshop as Jonathan Wall and Golf.com takes a tour of their facilities. We also hear from the legend himself, Mike Taylor, who reflects back on his journey to becoming the Master Club Maker he is today. This is definitely worth a watch / read and if you’re lucky enough, perhaps you’ll be able to get custom wedges and putter from Artisan Golf one day. Now if they can only make clubs for lefties!
