The sport of golf is in the midst of a transformation as the game evolves and adapts to the culture of this generation of golfers. Among these changes is the on-course fashion, where apparel and footwear allow players to show off their personality. This past year, we have seen Nike collaborate with Stone Island and most recently, Seamus Golf, on a variation of the Nike Golf Air Zoom Victory Tour. To end the year, Nike added another collaboration as they teamed up with Swarovski for a collection of women’s golf shoes.
Similar to Rory McIlroy’s special edition Nike Golf Air Zoom Victory Tour at the 2019 PLAYERS Championship, the Nike x Swarovski collection features a gold theme in the line of shoes. The three models of golf shoes selected for this collection are the Nike Roshe, the Nike Air Max 1 as well as the Nike Cortez. Although Nike has previously partnered with Swarovski for PE (Player’s Exclusive) editions before, this is the first time they have released a large collection of shoes. It may still be winter but it’s never too early to prepare for the golf season ahead!
