Bryson DeChambeau Wins Shriners Hospitals for Children Open

In the 2018 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open, Bryson DeChambeau claimed his fifth victory on the PGA TOUR with rounds of 66-66-65-66 to finish at 21-under-par at TPC Summerlin. DeCheambeau holed an eagle putt from just inside 60 feet on the 16th hole that carried him to a 5-under 66 and a one-shot victory over Patrick Cantlay for his fourth victory in his last 12 starts on TOUR and fifth in his 68th start. His three other victories of 2018 include The Memorial Tournament, The Northern Trust and the Dell Technologies Championship. His first career victory was at the 2017 John Deere Classic.

It was an exciting tournament to watch as there were a handful of players that had a share of the lead at one point on the back nine. Patrick Cantlay played unreal and Rickie Fowler, with a new game improvement 4-iron and driver in the bag, shot a final round 63 to bring momentum into his next tournament, the Mayakoba Classic in Mexico.
