On Monday of the 2018 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills, Titleist as announced their latest drivers, the TS2 and TS3. Not much is known about these drivers other than the fact that they exist and have been approved on the USGA Conforming List, but we can guess that the TS2 and TS3 models should correlate to head size, similar to the D2 and D3 models in previous years. The sure-fit hosel is still present but it’s notable that Titleist has gotten rid of the Active Recoil Channel found in the 917 drivers.
It seems that Justin Thomas, Adam Scott and Jimmy Walker have all put this driver in the bag at Shinnecock Hills already. Stay tuned for more details as we receive them!
