Rory McIlroy officially joined TaylorMade Golf in 2017 and recently visited the TaylorMade Golf “Kingdom” for a visit with the company’s staff and to dial in some of his gear. In the video above, hear from Rory as he talks though the clubs in his 2018 golf bag. He goes into detail about the clubs and their set up including his TaylorMade M3 driver, M3 fairway wood, his TaylorMade P-730 “Rors Proto” irons, his Milled Grind wedges and his new TaylorMade TP Mullen Tour putter.
So far this year, Rory’s average driving distance is 312.3 yards, but according to the PGA TOUR stats tracker, his approaches to the green and shots around the green are hurting him a bit this year. After a great start to the year in the Middle East, he’s cooled down a bit back in North America. Let’s hope he gets his game back together soon and peaks in April!
