The PGA Tour just wrapped up its California swing with the conclusion of the 2018 Genesis Open at Riviera Country Club. With Rory McIlroy playing the Genesis Open as well as the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am the week before, he took this opportunity to swing by the Kingdom, Taylormade’s headquarters in Carlsbad, California.
Rory McIlroy joined Taylormade Golf back in May of 2017. After Nike exited the hard goods side of the business in their golf division, Rory was one of the biggest “free agents” out there.
As Rory makes his way through the Kingdom for some equipment testing as well as getting a first hand look at TMaG’s R&D operation, Golf Monthly was on hand to give us a behind the scene look in the video above.
