PXG is relatively new to the golf equipment industry. However, they have made a big splash, gaining traction among golf enthusiasts and signing some of the game’s bigger names to be their ambassadors. The list includes Lydia Ko, Ryan Moore, Billy Horschel, Charl Schwartzel, Zach Johnson and many more.
Despite the strong reviews of PXG golf clubs, one constant knock on it is its price. At $300 per iron and $700 for a driver, a 14-club set will run about $5,000. In episode one of a video blog series “The PXG Files,” founder Bob Parsons and PXG ambassador Paige Spiranac sits down and explains why PXG clubs are set at their particular price point.
