Daniel Berger successfully defended his title last week in Memphis at the 2017 FedEx St. Jude Classic. He made his way through a packed leaderboard, posting his second-straight round of 66, erasing a three-shot deficit, enroute to his second PGA TOUR title.
Berger is the fourth back-to-back winner at St. Jude and the first since David Toms did it in 2003 and ’04. His 66 was flawless as he was bogey-free on the fast, firm TPC Southwind. Stewart Cink, Ben Crane and Rafa Cabrera Bello started Sunday with a one-shot lead on a crowded leaderboard that included 12 players within three shots of the lead. At one point on Sunday, there were nine players tied for the lead at 8-under before Berger finally emerged from the pile. Watch highlights in the video above!
