We are a week away from the year’s second Major Championship at the US Open at Erin Hills. But first, the PGA Tour makes a stop in Memphis, TN for the 2017 FedEx St. Jude Classic. This tournament will be held at TPC Southwind and 12 major champions will be in the field, including Phil Mickelson. Unfortunately for Phil, he will miss next week’s US Open due to family reasons.
However, there will be five past champions at the FedEx St. Jude Classic this week, including last year’s winner, Daniel Berger. Berger was the 2014-15 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year and will look to build on his resume after clinching his first PGA Tour victory last year in Memphis.
