Wesley Bryan of the Bryan Bros may be more known for his trick shot skills but this past week, Wesley earned his first PGA Tour victory at the 2017 RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links. The leaderboard was packed throughout the final day and Wesley was four shots off the lead at the start of the final round. After four consecutive birdies in his front 9, he put himself in contention and with two more birdies in the back, Wesley found himself atop of the leaderboard.
Wesley would hold his spot at the top for good, closing with three pars on the last three holes to eventually pull off the win by one shot over Luke Donald. For Luke Donald, this is his seventh top 3 finish in his last nine starts at the RBC Heritage. Last year, he was overtaken by South African Branden Grace after Grace posted a final round of 66 to claim his first PGA Tour title.
