One of the biggest stories of this year has been the return of Tiger Woods to competitive golf. So far, it has been a disappointment, with Tiger missing the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines and an unexpected withdrawal at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic. Next on Tiger’s schedule will be the Genesis Open from February 16-19, followed by the Honda Classic the week after.
Despite Tiger’s withdrawal in Dubai, his trip half way around the world was not all for naught. Aside from seeing the dramatic changes in the city, Tiger caught up with old friend and former Chief Executive of the R&A (Royal and Ancient Golf Club) Peter Dawson. Vision Magazine was on hand to capture this candid interview, which covered numerous topics, including Tiger’s injury struggles, his views to speed up the game and his approach to course design.
