With the holidays behind us, the PGA Tour will hold its first tournament of 2017 as they head to Maui for the SBS Tournament of Champions. As usual, this tournament will be held at the Plantation Course at Kapalua and will feature 32 winners from the 2015-16 season.
“Golden Child” Jordan Spieth will be defending his title after he ran away with the tournament last year, shooting 30-under par en route to an eight-shot victory. The top challengers going into the tournament is definitely Hideki Matsuyama, who has been on a tear in late 2016. World number one, Jason Day, will also be making his season debut this week in Hawaii.
