We’re still amped up about the 2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine – there isn’t anything like team golf and we were able to witness some unbelievable matches throughout the competition. Team USA was finally able to beat Team Europe after they became a major force, winning eight of the past ten Ryder Cups dating back to 1995 at Oak Hill Country Club.
In 2018, as the Ryder Cup moves back to Europe (Le Golf National, Guyancourt, France), Ryder Cup veteran Thomas Bjørn will hope to lead the European Team back to victory. He has been featured in seven Ryder Cups – three as a player and four as a vice captain – and becomes the first Dane to lead Europe. In the video above, watch and hear from Bjørn as he sat down with Golfing World during the 2014 Ryder Cup at Gleneagles.
