Ryder Cup: How Europe Became a Force

Two weeks ago, golf fans everywhere were treated to an exciting Ryder Cup held at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Minnesota. For the first time since 2008, Team USA was led to victory by Captain Davis Love III as Captain Darren Clarke and Team Europe faltered after an impressive winning streak.

After an history lesson in the Ryder Cup and a look at Belfrys’ Brabazon Course, the third part of this month’s CNN Living Golf’s episode looks back to the 1985 Ryder Cup. This was viewed as the year that new life was breathed into the biannual tournament. Watch the video above to find out why.
