In the first episode of Callaway’s Distance Lab with Red Bull, golf instructor Hank Haney met action sports stars Corey Bohan (BMX), Steel Lafferty (wakeboarding) and Alex Midler (skateboarding) to evaluate their swings. There were some good swings during that session but there were certainly some bad swings as well.
After learning what he has to work with, Hank invited the three action sport stars to the “Distance Lab,” where he will help them hit a golf ball further than they ever imagined. With the help of Trackman to get a baseline readings of everyone’s swings and a few pointers from Coach Haney, Corey, Steel and Alex began their work. And with this being a collaboration between Red Bull and Callaway, you can bet that they upgraded their equipment to a Callaway XR16 driver.
