Pace of play is always an issue in golf and this is partly why Speedgolf was introduced to the world. This past week at the Open de España tournament, the European Tour had a little fun as they played a little Speedgolf themselves and attempt to break the Guinness World Records title for the Fastest hole of golf by a team of four.
There are three teams of four in this competition, with Spain, France and Denmark captained by Sergio Garcia, Raphaël Jacquelin and Thorbjørn Olesen respectively. In a relay fashion, the teams must play a golf hole over 500 yards and beat the current Guinness World Record of 68 seconds. This competition certainly looks like a lot of fun and a new World Record was set. Can you guess which team beat it?
