At just 18 years old, Lydia Ko already has two Major titles under her belt, most recently winning the 2016 ANA Inspiration. Aside from being the youngest two-time major winner (man or woman) since Young Tom Morris in 1869, Lydia is also the youngest golfer to ever be ranked number one in the world.
These are amazing achievements for a teenager and to accomplish these feats, Lydia has put in a lot of work into her game. Between practice and school, Lydia’s schedule is fully packed. On a rare day off, VICE Sports was on hand to spend some time with the number one ranked female golfer in the world. The day consisted of seeing some local sights in her home base of Orlando, which includes exploring the creatures that make their home in the Florida swamps. Sounds like fun!
