Last year, Australian Jason Day catapulted to the top of the golfing world. Starting from the 2015 RBC Canadian Open, Jason went on an absolute tear and won four times in six starts. This included his first Major title in the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits as well as The Barclays and the BMW Championship. It was truly a magical 2015 season and as Jason tells it, it was quite the journey for him to get to where he is.

If you watched any of Jason’s play last year, you would have noticed his unique pre-shot routine. Previously, Jason has talked about visualizing his shot and in this feature from TaylorMade, we hear an in-depth explanation of what goes on in his mind before he steps up to the ball. Aside from his work ethic, this mental approach helped Jason get over the hump and it is certainly something that all amateur golfers can learn from.
