Today, Tiger Woods made a trip Bluejack National, his first design in the USA. He held a press conference there to present The Playgrounds, Bluejack’s 10-hole short course and The Place, one of three Nike Golf Performance Centres in the world. Not only did he talk to the media about his design philosophy at Bluejack National and his involvement with the course, but he also talked about his health.
He said that he is feeling a “helluva lot better” now compared to three months ago at his Hero World Challenge. He has also confirmed that he has only begun chipping and putting, playing short-game contests with his son, and also hitting 9-irons. Tiger didn’t provide a timetable for his return, but will be taking it slowly, saying he had come back too early from his previous injuries and those decisions probably cost him “years.” Although he’s not playing at the moment, he still always wants to be involved in the game.
