The PGA TOUR heads to the East Coast to begin its quartet of events in Florida, starting in Palm Beach Gardens at The Honda Classic. A field that features Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler, as well as defending champion Padraig Harrington, and 23 of the top 30 players in the FedExCup standings will tee it up at the Champion Course at PGA National.
They’ll have to go through and survive the Bear Trap if they want to win. The Bear Trap on PGA National’s Champion course is an intimidating trifecta of holes – 15, 16 and 17 – known as among the most demanding 3-hole stretches on the PGA TOUR.
