In 2015, Kevin Kisner finished runner-up four times but this past weekend, he finally broke through for his first PGA Tour victory at The RSM Classic in Sea Island, Georgia. With two rounds of 64 on the weekend, no other player got within four shots of him after the second hole in the final round as Kevin went on to win the tournament by six strokes.
Despite grabbing his first PGA Tour victory this past weekend, Kevin Kisner’s strong play has been noticed by his peers. It’s also been reflected in the Official World Golf Ranking. Kevin started 2015 ranked No.236 but as of today, he is ranked No.17 in the world. It’s obvious that Kevin Kisner is on a roll and this victory will benefit him greatly as he try to carry this momentum into 2016!
