The world’s best heads to Shanghai this week for the 2015 WGC-HSBC Champions at Sheshan International Golf Club. This will be the last WGC event of 2015 and is the 11th staging of the tournament. After an amazing decade of development in China, particularly in golf, many of the world’s best head over to compete in one of the best fields in the sport. Bubba Watson will look to defend his title after a thrilling victory here last year.
There is a crop of younger players that are ready to take over the sport from the more familiar faces though. Players such as Jordan Spieth and Rickie Fowler have already made their mark this year, but recent first time PGA TOUR winner Justin Thomas and many more are also knocking on the door.
