After spending time with Team Europe’s Solheim Cup Captain Carin Koch, CNN Living Golf and Shane O’Donoghue continue their exploration of Scandinavian golf. In this segment, Shane travels to Copenhagen to join Sweden’s Henrik Stenson and Jonas Blixt as they take on Denmark’s Thomas Bjorn and Thorbjorn Olesen in an exhibition match for charity.
It is a rare opportunity for golf fans in Denmark to see four of the biggest Scandinavian golf stars up close and personal. There has always been a friendly rivalry between the Scandinavian countries and it is quite apparent as we hear from the four golfers trash talk and banter in the video. Although they are different countries, there are a lot of similarities as well and through the eyes of these golfers, CNN Living Golf gives us a glimpse of what the region is like.
