Tiger Woods has teed it up for the first time in his career at the Wyndham Championship in a last effort to make the 2015 FedEx Cup Playoffs. Ahead of the tournament, he played a pro-am round with Los Angeles Clippers starting point guard, Chris Paul. He is just one of many NBA stars who have come to love the sport of golf including 2015 NBA Champion and league MVP, Stephen Curry, Shaq and more.
Like many of the younger generation of golfers on the PGA TOUR who are making their mark right now, Paul also looked up to Tiger Woods. It can be argued that Tiger was able to grow the sport of golf on a global level and made the sport “cool.” In the video above, hear from Paul himself as he talks about his experience of playing with the 14-time Major Champion.
