Before we start the final Major Championship of 2015, the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits, and the FedEx Cup Playoffs, the world’s best will tee it up at Firestone Golf and Country Club for the 2015 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.
Golfers such as Jordan Spieth, Jason Day, Rickie Fowler and more are stepping up and playing some amazing golf. With Spieth, if he does well this week, he could replace Rory as the World Number 1 in the Official Golf World Rankings. The sport of golf is definitely in a good place right now with so many young players – watch the video above for a preview of 2015 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.
Defending Champion, Rory McIlroy, is still out of action after an ankle injury though, but his rehab has been going well and hopefully, we can watch him tee it up next week to defend his PGA Championship title. His victory at the 2014 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational was a stretch of some of his most dominant golf, including some extremely long drives – watch the video above!
