The Open Championship is only days away and this year, it will return to the Home of Golf at St Andrews. There is an abundance of history at St Andrews, starting from the iconic Old Tom Morris. Many historical figures in the game of golf went on to make their marks in this special place, including Open Champions Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Sir Nick Faldo.
Ahead of the 144th Open Championship, we hear from Jack, Tiger and Sir Nick as they “share their thoughts on what makes The Open at St Andrews such a special occasion in world sport.” Although we will be missing the defending Open Champion this year for the first time since 1954, more history could be made as Jordan Spieth looks to continue his quest for the Grand Slam.
