Golfing World sits down with European Tour star Francesco Molinari of Italy. He is one of the most consistent golfers on the European Tour, hitting it straight and playing a brand of precision golf. He scored under par for 28 rounds straight in competition before a final round of 74 at Wentworth Golf Club for the 2015 BMW PGA Championship, the European Tour’s flagship event.
In addition to five professional wins, Molinari has also been part of two winning European Ryder Cup teams (2010, 2012). Now, his home country of Italy is bidding for the 2022 Ryder Cup, which would help to grow the game in the country.
