The women’s world of golf is filled with an enormous amount of young talent, starting with current World Number 1, Lydia Ko. Other strong players on the LPGA Tour include names like Michelle Wie, Stacy Lewis, Inbee Park, Paula Creamer and more.
And on the rise is Canadian LPGA star Brooke Henderson, a former world leading amateur, who is already impression on tour. Brooke finished the low amateur during the US Women’s Open Championship at Pinehurst No. 2 last year, which Michelle Wie won, and then turned professional later late in 2014. Since turning professional, Brooke has played in four professional tournaments, with her best finish (3rd) at the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic. She isn’t an LPGA member yet though because of its minimum age requirement of 18, so she’ll have to rely on sponsor exemptions or Monday qualifications.
