With the Florida swing on the PGA Tour ending last week at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, players now head to Texas for the 2015 Valero Texas Open at TPC San Antonio. Statistically, TPC San Antonio had the toughest greens to hit on tour last year and it should prove to be great preparation for players as the Masters is only two weeks away.
Fresh off a playoff victory at the Valspar Championship, Texan Jordan Spieth will return to his home state to try and continue his hot streak whereas Steven Bowditch aim to defend his title. Aside from offering players preparation for the year’s first Major Championship, the Valero Texas Open is also one of the two last chances for players to punch their ticket to Augusta if they haven’t qualified already.
