We’ve already seen the Nike Golf TW15 golf shoe earlier in the year. The TW’15 integrates Dynamic Flywire into a Flyweave upper with a Nike Free outsole. The result is a golf shoe that provides the ultimate level of stability, fit and flexibility. Flyweave enables the creation of a one-piece upper that is woven to provide great strength-to-weight support where it is needed most based upon the demands, or movements, of the sport. While strong and supportive, Flyweave is also incredibly lightweight and flexible.
Although the TW’15 comes with soft spikes, you’ll notice that in the video above, Tiger is wearing cleats that feature a single metal spike. You can hear this when he’s walking on the pavement as well – some golfers still prefer the metal spikes these days. In general though, the TW’15 is made for every condition and surface, except the clubhouse. Spend your time on the range honing your craft.
