After turning professional at the end of 2013, New Zealander Lydia Ko has accumulated ten victories. Last week, Lydia returned to New Zealand to win the 2015 ISPS Handa New Zealand Open, her second victory in a row as she won the 2015 Women’s Australian Open a week prior. During her visit to New Zealand, Lydia reunited with her friend and All Blacks fullback, rugby player Israel Dagg, in a game of cricket!
When Lydia Ko announced her decision to turn professional, it was in a very unique fashion. Teaming up with her friend Izzy of the All Blacks, Lydia and Izzy produced a fun video of a day out on the golf course. To show their support of the Black Caps’ Cricket World Cup campaign, Lydia and Izzy are back at it. This time, they compete in a game of Cricket Golf that Izzy designed himself. The results may not be what you think but you can only watch to find out what happens!
