Lydia Ko Wins 2015 New Zealand Open

For the second straight week, 17 year old and Women’s World Number One player in the world Lydia Ko is in the winner’s circle. After winning the 2015 Women’s Australian Open, Lydia returned home to play the 2015 ISPS Handa New Zealand Open and won with a total score of 14-under par.

The 54-hole tournament was Lydia’s first tournament back in her home country since she became number one in the world. And for the second time in three years, Lydia won the tournament after shooting a course record and personal best round of 11-under 61 on Saturday. She followed that round up with an one-under 71 to close the tournament and notched her 10th professional victory!
