Martin Kaymer had a remarkable 2014 season, returning to, and perhaps surpassing, the form that saw him win his first Major Championship at Whistling Straits (PGA Championship) and reach World Number 1 status. In 2014, Kaymer won The Players Championship, his second Major at the US Open, a Ryder Cup with Team Europe as well as the PGA Grand Slam of Golf.
Kaymer is currently number 11 in the Official Golf World Rankings. He went through a few years of frustrations after making tweaks to his swing, but the Ryder Cup clinching putt he made in 2012 at Medinah was a key turning point in his career. It definitely gave him the confidence heading into the next couple of years to play well. In the video above, hear from Kaymer as he reflects on his season and victories from 2014 and what his goals and focus will be for 2015.
