This year, Team USA will look to defend the President’s Cup in Incheon, Korea, 40 miles outside of its capital city, Seoul. In 2013, the President’s Cup was held at Muirfield Village in Ohio, the course that Jack Nicklaus built. In 2015, the President’s Cup will also be played on a Jack Nicklaus design as the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea will be the host of the biannual tournament!
Jack Nicklaus is arguably the greatest golfer ever with 18 Major Championships on his resume. Since retiring in 2005, the Golden Bear has continued to make an impact on the game of golf through course design. With the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea hosting the President’s Cup this year, we hear from Mr. Nicklaus as he gives his insight on the design of his course in Incheon, Korea!
