Beauty and craftsmanship are what distinguish the Bettinardi Golf brand from other brands. They offer some of the finest precision milled putters, made in the USA, for PGA Tour players and top-level amateurs. We’ve seen some amazing putters including limited edition commemorative Masters putters as well as Presidents Cup putters. And most recently, we’ve seen Bettinardi Golf introduce their first ever wedge for 2015, the H2 wedge.
Also for 2015, Bettinardi Golf introduces 10 new putter models, all manufactured in the USA. These 10 new models will be available January 15, 2015. Each putter includes head shapes inspired by tour players and completely new finishes. All of Bettinardi’s putters are manufactured in the company’s 40,000 square foot facility in Tinley Park south of Chicago. These 10 putters are part of bigger lines including the Studio Stock series, Queen B series, Signature Models, Matt Kuchar Models and the brand new iNOVAi putter.
In the Studio Stock series, Bettinardi releases the Studio Stock 2Â (above), a traditional shaped blade putter that features the tour preferred BB-8 style head. Milled from a solid block of faultless carbon steel, the hozel moved slightly forward toward the toe gives the Studio Stock 2 a traditional appearance. The putter has improved weighting to aid stability through the putting stroke.
They also release the Studio Stock 16Â (above), a face-balanced mallet-style putter built with a custom radius tool for perimeter weighting. Milled from soft carbon steel, the Studio Stock 16 has an impressive semi-circle shape that features a double-bend shaft, flowing right into this face-balanced mallet. Both putters are coated in a bronze finish and feature the Super Fly-Mill face, which will have a bit of a different feel than their traditional honeycomb pattern. They will retail for $399.99 and are available starting January 15, 2015.
There are also two models in the Queen B series. The Queen B Model 6 (above)Â is a wide body, face-balanced blade putter. Created from our soft carbon steel, the Queen B “micro honeycomb milling” gives the most discriminate player just the right amount of feedback at impact.
The Queen B Model 7 (above)Â is a compact stout mallet with a ridge milled neck that gently flows into the putter head. Milled from the softest carbon steel, this slight toe hang mallet will provide the assurance and feel to make putt after putt when it matters most. Both putters have a more traditional honeycomb face milling that players will be more familiar with. The new Savannah Blue PVD finish will definitely turn some heads as well – they will retail for $375 and are available starting January 15, 2015.
The Signature Series Models are Bettinardi Golf’s top of the line putters for 2015. The putters in this series are Robert J Bettinardi’s preference in design and performance. Two models are offered under the Signature Series – they are made of Double-Aged Stainless Steel (DASS) and limited to 1,000 pieces per year. The Signature Model 9 (above)Â is a compact, half-moon mallet that frames the ball evenly at address. A true Bettinardi original, this putter was designed for maximum perimeter weighting that enhances the sweet spot, allowing more forgiveness on those short, must make putts. The perfect blend of material and face milling, our Super-Fly mill face complements the stainless steel in a supernatural way.
The Signature 10 (above)Â is 100% classic Bettinardi and is probably our favourite from all the new offerings for 2015. Engraved with Robert J. Bettinardi’s seal of approval and milled from the finest 303 stainless steel, this putter is one you can rely on. The blade style look with a tow-tiered muscle and high toe produces a deeper face, which gives the ball a pure match with the sweet spot. The Signature 10 will feature the Bettinardi Honeycomb pattern milled into the face. Both putters will retail for $495 and are available starting January 15, 2015.
We’ve seen the Matt Kuchar Model before from Bettinardi Golf and for 2015, they’ve updated the design. The Kuchar Model 2 HMM (above)Â is offered as a standard putter and an armlock putter with a half-moon shape design. The original design was a collaboration between Matt Kuchar and Robert J. Bettinardi – the armlock will definitely entice golfers ahead of the 2016 anchoring ban. Milled from soft carbon steel and featuring Bettinardi’s patented FIT Face technology, make sure to give this putter a roll when you get a chance. The putter has a Meridian Blue PVD finish and will retail for $375, available starting January 15, 2015.
Lastly, for 2015, Bettinardi Golf releases their brand new iNOVAi putter (above). The iNOVAi (for “innovation”) is a high MOI mallet for one of the most forgiving designs in golf. The putter head itself is milled from 6016 aircraft aluminum, and included in the milling is a very discernible milled stainless steel weight that is placed low and away from the face. It has two cut outs, strategically milled from the body along with side by side score lines. A Superfly mill and F.I.T (Feel Impact Technology) face are applied to allow for the softest, yet most responsive feel on an aluminum putter head. The iNOVAi will be available as a counterbalance model ($350) or a standard model ($300) in a black anodized finish starting January 15, 2015.
If you’re looking for a new putter this coming season, make sure to keep these 10 new models in mind. Although the premium price may turn some buyers away, it’s definitely worth the investment when you’re receiving such a high quality of precision and excellence.
