Being from Texas, 21 year old Jordan Spieth is used to playing golf in the wind. It showed today as Jordan played “his best round of golf ever” in the final round of the 2014 Emirates Australia Open, shooting a course record 8-under 63 to win by six strokes!
Defending champion Rory McIlroy let the tournament get away from him after shooting 76 and 72 on the weekend. But he was impressed with Jordan’s play and even sent him a congratulatory tweet. Take a look at the highlights above and see for yourself why Jordan’s play was so impressive!
