The golfing world is currently in it’s Asia swing with some of the best golfers in the world competing all over the region. While the PGA TOUR and European Tour have spent time at the CIMB Classic in Malaysia, BMW Masters in Shanghai and currently, the WGC-HSBC Champions, also in Shanghai. The LPGA has been in the Asia region since the beginning of October, first in Beijing, China; then Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; then Incheon, South Korea; then Hainan Island, China; then Taiwan last week for the Fubon LPGA Taiwan Championship; and this week, Japan to round out their Asia swing.
All of the stars of the LPGA Tour have been competing in these Asia swing tournaments and we’ve really seen some great golf between some of the world’s best including Stacy Lewis, Lydia Ko, Michelle Wie and more. In the video above, Cara Robinson from Golfing World goes behind the scenes on the LPGA Tour to find out all about the finer details of being a pro.
