In case you missed it, it was announced on Tuesday that Cadillac has agreed to be the sponsor of the 2015 WGC-Match Play on a one year deal. The tournament will also move from Tucson, Arizona to TPC Harding Park in San Francisco, where Jason Day will defend his title!
In addition to the venue, the 2015 WGC-Match Play will also move its date to April 29-May 3. We will also see a new format in the tournament as it will consist of 3 days of group play in a round robin-type format. There are a lot of changes but it’ll be exciting to see what kind of drama the new format will produce!
