With the 2014 Ryder Cup only days away, players from defending champions Team Europe and Team USA have started arriving in Scotland. The host venue for this year’s Ryder Cup is the Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course designed by Jack Nicklaus and it will certainly be a challenge. The Golden Bear claimed it was “The finest parcel of land in the world I have ever been given to work with”.
Set in the heart of Scotland, Gleneagles provides spectacular views of the countryside, with the rich Perthshire straths, rugged Grampians and Ben Vorlich and the mountains above the Trossachs providing the backdrops. And among this setting, we will witness the greatest team golf event in the world at the Ryder Cup! In the hole-by-hole videos below, Golf Monthly takes us for a tour of this modern classic golf course by Jack Nicklaus. T-minus 3 days until the Ryder Cup begins!
