The Ryder Cup is the truest test of team golf in the world. In about a week’s time, the 40th edition of this tournament will be played at Gleneagles PGA Centenary Course in Scotland. After Team Europe’s miracle comeback at Medinah in 2012, Team USA will try to take back the trophy but they would have to win for the first time on foreign soil since 1993.
Ironically, it was Captain Tom Watson who led Team USA to that last victory and he will try to accomplish that again in 2014! But Team Europe, led by Captain Paul McGinley and the number one player in the world, will not go down without a fight.
