Shane O’Donoghue of CNN Living Golf has traveled through Scotland exploring the heartland of golf in part one and two of a segment following his road trip. In the final part, Shane first takes us to Lundin Golf Course in Fife, Scotland, which was redesigned by five times Open Champion James Braid in 1909. We also travel to James Braid’s home course, Elie Golf Club, which features a submarine periscope on the first tee!
Shane O’Donoghue also speaks with world renowned photographer David Cannon, who has spent most of his career photographing golf courses around the world. But David shares why he feels most at home in Scotland. The road trip ends naturally at the Home of Golf, St. Andrews Links as Shane reflects back on the career of the famous Seve Ballesteros and his connection to the historic site!
