Located in Louisville, Kentucky, Valhalla Golf Club was designed by the Golden Bear Jack Nicklaus and opened in 1986. It is the venue where Tiger Woods and Bob May had their famous battle in the 2000 PGA Championship, with Tiger victorious in the end and completing the third leg of the Tiger Slam.
Much has changed since then as Tiger Woods is struggling and we are perhaps entering the Rory McIlroy era in the world of golf. The 2014 PGA Championship returns to Valhalla this week and below are a preview of the challenges that players will face in the year’s fourth Major Championship!
